Proventure Prototyping is a privately owned engineering consulting and prototyping company for entrepreneurs and small and large companies who need professional mechanical and manufacturing engineering solutions. We take your ideas turn them into a design and then produce a prototype or product. The company offers design work starting from an idea or a problem to a final prototype or product while meeting engineering, FDA, UL, and many other required standards. We will help transition the product to full production and provide post product support as well.
Tyler Bigham is the founder of the company and is a Mechanical Engineer graduate from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He has been involved in a similar pursuit for the 15 years before starting Proventure and has produced many of his own prototypes and products. His relationship with many other businesses has provided him with a large network of partner companies, greatly broadening this company’s capabilities.
Proventure offers venture prototyping, which is the production of prototypes for a portion of the company created around the prototype, for a select group of clients with highly marketable designs. The potential candidates for venture prototyping must be supported by a venture capitalist or another funding source or their application will not be considered for venture prototyping. The terms of the contract and the percentage that Proventure Prototyping receives will be proportional to the percentage that the venture capitalist receives based on the cost of producing the prototype.
